Appointment Arrangement
- For Klang Velly: 3 days upon received confirmation
- Oustation: 3 days upon received confirmation (Minimum 10 applicants)
Pemutihan PATI Permit Period
- 1 year working permit for the 1st time application
- Extendable to 5 years
Registration Type
- Individual
- Individual under company
For Individual Type Requiremnet
- Fill in application form
- 4 passport size with blue background color photos
- Photocopy of passport on 1st page, middle page & last page
- Photocopy of applicant's I.D
- Those without proper traveling documents, additional charge from RM
300 - RM 600 for passport applicaton.
Individual Under Company (Additional supporting documents)
- Form 24 & 49
- Company registration certification (ROC)
- Photocopy of company director's I.C
Pemutihan PATI Service & Consultant Charges
- Levy
- Insurance
- Fomena
- Penalty (waived if applicant with valid traveling document)
- Biometric Fingerprint process
- Permit application
- Yuran Perkhidmatan
- Outsourcing Company Service & Consulting charges
Pemutihan PATI Process Flow
- Fill in application form
- Provding appropriate supporting documents
- Collecting 1st progressive payment RM 200 (Non Refundable)
- Biometric fingerprint process comes with temporary 6 months permit
- Collecting 2nd progressive payment RM 800 (Non Refundable)
- Receiving Kementerian Kedalman Negeri (KDB) official letter
- Collecting 3rd progressive payment (Outstating balance)
- 6 months waiting time for getting the official permit
